- Formulating and executing comprehensive budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and sales management strategies to drive business growth in the region.
- Cultivating new customer relationships, nurturing existing clients, and fostering long-term partnerships by effectively understanding and addressing their needs
- Analyzing customers’ businesses, projects, and requirements, and providing expert recommendations on suitable product offerings
- Manage and nurture relationships with customer’s key technical and commercial leaders, understand their needs and requirements and ensure they are getting exceptional customer support
- Developing and delivering technical and commercial presentations, effectively conveying product’s value proposition to customers
- Creating and presenting detailed technical sales proposals, skillfully negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring favorable terms and conditions
- Maintaining a deep understanding of competitor products and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to secure competitive conversions, retain existing customers, and expand market share
- Build and maintain a strong professional network in the industry, fostering relationships with key equipment suppliers to stay abreast of the latest market information
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team in designing promotional campaigns for the latest machine. Ensuring coverage of new machine installation in print magazines, company website, and the LinkedIn page.
- Conducting product demonstrations, seminars, open-houses, and actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and other strategic marketing events
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and enabling proactive decision-making as needed to meet and exceed target.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal technical colleagues and customer technical staff to deliver exceptional support and enhance the overall customer experience
