  • Build and maintain a strong professional network in the industry, fostering relationships with key equipment suppliers to stay abreast of the latest market information
  • Collaborating closely with the marketing team in designing promotional campaigns for the latest machine. Ensuring coverage of new machine installation in print magazines, company website, and the LinkedIn page.
  • Conducting product demonstrations, seminars, open-houses, and actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and other strategic marketing events
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing sales performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and enabling proactive decision-making as needed to meet and exceed target.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal technical colleagues and customer technical staff to deliver exceptional support and enhance the overall customer experience
